100% Rye loaf bread with grains 800g
Rye bread made with naturally fermented rye sourdough with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds. Rich in fibres and without preservatives. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
RYE flour (46%) and RYE MALT flour (5%), water, germinated RYE grains (13%), sunflower seeds, sugar, WHEAT protein, salt (1,1%), yeast, potato flakes, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: E482.

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.For better result bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 8 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
