  • WHEAT flour, water, bread improver (durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT sourdough, WHEAT gluten, WHEAT malt flour, BARLEY malt extract, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes, starter culture), salt, yeast, fermented red RYE malt, bakery improver (corn starch syrup, modified starch). May contain traces of nuts, milk, eggs, soy products, celery, lupine, mustard and sesame seeds.

Preparation instructions
