Rye bread made from rye and hemp flour on natural fermented rye sourdough. Hemp oil, rye grains, crunchy hemp and chia seeds give nice flavor and taste. High-fiber product. Does not contain any preservatives. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
Rye flour (49%), water, germinated rye grains (8%), sugar, rye malt flour, hemp seeds (5%), barley malt extract, sunflower seeds (2%), yellow linseeds (2%), hemp flour (1%), sea salt (0,8%), yeast, hemp oil (0,5%), chia seeds (0,4%).

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.Bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 3-4 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
