Rye bread with bacon 320g
Rye bread made on natural fermented rye sourdough with addition of germinated rye grains, smoked bacon pieces and fried onion. High-fiber product. Does not contain any preservatives. Surface is sprinkled with rye flour. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
Rye flour, wheat flour, water, smoked bacon 24% (pork, preservative: sodium nitrate), germinated rye grains (10%), sugar, rye malt flour, gluten, fried onion, sea salt (0,9%), yeast, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: E482.

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.For better result bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
