Rye bread with germinated rye grains 350g
Rye bread made on natural fermented rye sourdough with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds. Product is made of 100% rye flour. High-fiber product. Does not contain any preservatives. Top surface is covered with sunflower seeds. Product has characteristic rye smell and taste. Germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds give nice flavor. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
Rye flour (46%), rye malt flour (5%), water, germinated rye grains (13%), sunflower seeds, sugar, wheat protein, sea salt (0,9%), yeast, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: E482.

Transport and storage conditions
Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.For better result bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
