Rye fruit bread with cherries 310g
Rye bread made from rye and hemp flour on natural fermented rye sourdough. Cherries, raisins, apricot and papaya give nice flavor and taste. Surface is covered with mix of caramelized sugar and cinnamon. Does not contain any preservatives. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
Rye flour, water, cherries 7,7%, sugar, raisins 5,6%, barley malt extract, dried apricots 2,2%, sugared papaya 2,2%, yeast, rye malt flour, sea salt 0,9%, cinnamon.

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.Bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 3-4 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
