Dark sweet rye bread made with naturally fermented rye sourdough with fruits and nuts. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
Rye flour, water, raisins 7%, dried apricots 7%, sugar 6%, wheat flour, brunes 2,4%, hazelnut kernels 2,4%, salt 0,8%, yeast, rye malt flour.

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.For better result bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 10 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
