Sweet-sour rye bread with caraway seeds 1000g
Sweet-sour taste traditional rye loaf bread made with naturally fermented rye sourdough and addition of caraway seeds. Product rich with fibres. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.
White rye flour, water, wheat flour, cream rye flour 15%, sugar, rye malt flour, salt 1,1%, yeast, caraway seeds.

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature.
2. For better result heat up thawed product in the oven for 10 minutes at temperature 190-200°C, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
