Rye bread made on natural fermented rye sourdough without addition of yeast. Product is made of 100% rye flour. Product has characteristic rye smell and taste. High-fiber product. Pre-baked, not sliced, deep-frozen.

Transport and store at temperature below –18 °C
Do not refreeze defrosted products.
1.Thaw product at room temperature for 3 hours.
2.For better result bake thawed product at temperature 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes, adding steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking if possible.
