Transport and storage conditions

  • At  –18 °C.

    Do not refreeze defrosted products.  

Preparation instructions

  • 1.Defrost the pastry at room temperature for 2 hours or at +2…+6°C for 6 hours.
    2.After defrosting shape desired products, place on an oven tray, raise and bake at 190°C 14-19 minutes.
    3.Add steam in the beginning of baking for 12 sec.
    *Adjust baking settings according to your oven properties.
