Oblong shape dark ciabatta with light sour and salt taste.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, water, bread improver (durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT sourdough, WHEAT gluten, WHEAT malt flour, BARLEY malt extract, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes, starter culture), salt, yeast, fermented red RYE malt, bakery improver (WHEAT gluten, colour E150c, maltodextrin, roasted WHEAT MALT flour, emulsifier E482, sugar, enzymes, antioxidant E300). May contain traces of nuts, milk, eggs, soy products, celery, lupine, mustard and sesame seeds.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 1 hour at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for - in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
