WHEAT FLOUR, water, flour improver (DURM WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT SOURDOUGH, WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT FLOUR, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes, starter culture), salt, yeast, fermented RYE FLOUR, improver (WHEAT GLUTEN, food color: E150c, maltodextrin, roasted WHEAT FLOUR, emulsifier: E482, sugar, enzymes, antioxidant: E300). May contain traces of nuts, milk, eggs, soy products, celery, lupine, mustard and sesame seeds.

Usage instructions:
Defrost at room temperature for up to 1-2 hours. Can be
