Oblong shape ciabatta with light sour and salt taste.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, water, bread improver (durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT sourdough, WHEAT gluten, WHEAT malt flour, BARLEY malt extract, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes, starter culture), RYE flour, salt, yeast. May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy products, celery, lupine, mustard and sesame seeds.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 1 hour at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for - in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
