Traditional tin shape rye bread made with naturally fermented rye sourdough. 100% of flour used is rye flour. Rich with fibres.
RYE flour (65%), water, RYE MALT flour, sugar, salt (0,9%), yeast. May contain traces of egg.

Transport and storage conditions:
At -18°C. Do not re-freeze defrosted products.
Best before at -18ºC: 365 days
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
