Traditional tin shape rye bread with germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds. Product rich with fibres and without addition of preservatives.
RYE flour (38%), germinated RYE grains (24%), water, sunflower seeds, sugar, WHEAT protein, RYE MALT flour, salt (0,9%), yeast. May contain traces of egg.

Transport and storage conditions:
At -18°C. Do not re-freeze defrosted products.
Best before at -18ºC: 365 days
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
