Rye bread made from rye flour on natural fermented rye sourdough. Contains 25% of seeds and grains.
Ingredients:
RYE flour, WHEAT flour, water, germinated RYE grains (15%), sunflower seeds (5%), linseeds (5%), RYE MALT flour, BARLEY MALT extract, sugar, yeast, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190-200°C for 3-6 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
