Sweet-sour bread made with mix of rye and wheat flour with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds. Rich with fibres.
Ingredients:
RYE flour (29,1%), WHEAT flour (19,9%), water, germinated RYE grains (11,4%), sunflower seeds (9,9%), sugar, yeast, flour improving agent (thickener: guar gum; emulsifiers: E482, E472e; enzymes: alpha-amylase, salt (1,0%), dry sourdough (pregelatinized WHEAT flour, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid; sequestrant: calcium sulfate; rapeseed vegetable oil, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), white RYE MALT (0,4%), cumin (0,2%).

Usage instructions:
Thaw at room temperature for 6-8 hours or +2 ... + 6 ° C for 12 hours. Defrosted product bake preheated oven 185-190°C for 18-21 min.
