Traditional tin shape rye bread made with naturally fermented rye sourdough. Rich with fibres. Without preservatives and added yeast.
Ingredients:
RYE flour (24%), water, WHEAT flour, germinated RYE grains (9%), RYE flakes (8%), sugar, RYE MALT flour (1%), salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of egg.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
