Usage instructions:
Thaw the pastry at room temperature up to 2 hours or at +2…+6 °C 6 hours. After thawing shape desired products, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 14-19 minutes. Add steam in the beginning of baking 12 sec. Adjust baking settings according to your oven properties. When baking large pastry sheets, perforate little holes in the pastry or cut little cuts with a knife.
