Dark rustic loaf shape bread with crispy crust and soft content for Bake Off, made of rye and wheat flour with sunflower seeds.
Ingredients:
RYE flour (28.7%), sunflower seeds (23.7%), WHEAT flour (18.4%), water, sugar, dark BARLEY MALT extract, red RYE MALT, WHEAT GLUTEN, yeast, flour improver (thickener: E466; dextrose, WHEAT MALT flour, maltodextrin, emulsifiers: E472e, SOJALECITHIN; acidity regulators: E450, E341; WHEY POWDER, WHEAT flour, WHEAT sourdough, BARLEY MALT extract, rapeseed oil, potato starch, antioxidant: E300; enzymes), light RYE MALT, salt, dry leaven (WHEAT flour, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid; sequestrant: E516; rapeseed oil, emulsifier: fatty acid mono- and diglycerides), improver (emulsifiers: E472e; MALT flour, enzymes, flour improver: E300, E341).
