A delightful combination of a crispy digestive biscuit base and a silky cream cheese and whipped cream filling, its gentle flavour perfectly complemented by a slightly sour lingonberry puree. A vibrant purple sponge layer in the middle creates a striking color contrast, making this cake a true eye-catcher on any festive table. A crisp white chocolate layer with berry pieces enhances the texture, appearing both above the biscuit base and within the topping. The cake is elegantly adorned with soft pink cream rosettes, dried raspberry pieces, and white glaze triangles.
