Spicy dough for making gingerbread cookies.
Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, water, margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers: E471, E322; acidity regulator: E330; preservative: E202; color: E160b; flavouring), caramel syrup, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, spice mix (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, black pepper), baking powder (stabiliser: E450; potato starch, raising agent: E500), salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of eggs, milk.

Usage instructions:
For best results, thaw the dough before use at room temperature for 2–3 hours or in the refrigerator (+2…+6°C) for 6–8 hours. After thawing, shape the dough into desired forms and place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough. Do not place the product in the oven with the packaging.
