Spicy dough for making gingerbread cookies.
Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, water, BUTTER 8%, caramel syrup, rapeseed oil, spice mix (clove, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice), baking powder (stabiliser: E450i; potato starch; raising agent: E500), lactic acid culture, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
May contain traces of eggs.

Usage instructions:
For best results, thaw the dough before use at room temperature for 2–3 hours or in the refrigerator (+2…+6°C) for 6–8 hours. After thawing, shape the dough into desired forms and place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough. Do not place the product in the oven with the packaging.
