Traditional Danish crown shaped pastry with raspberry filling.
Ingredients:

Origin of the primary ingredient: EU.

At -18°C. Do not re-freeze defrosted products.
Best before at -18ºC: 365 days
Usage instructions:
The product doesn’t need defrosting. Bake in a preheated oven at 185 °C for 15-17 min until golden brown, add steam for 3 sec. After cooling, decorate with white glaze, 5 g per product.
