Rustic Oat bread with natural durum sourdough. Contains sprouted oats and roasted oat flour. Clean label. Lactose free. Vegan. Palm oil free. No added sugar.

WHEAT flour, water, OATS 11% (OAT flour, germinated OATS, roasted OAT flour), DURUM WHEAT sourdough 6% (water, DURUM WHEAT flour), salt, yeast, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Usage instructions:
Defrost at room temperature for 3 hours or at +2...+6 °C for 12 hours. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 15 minutes, add steam for 6 seconds.* Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
