Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, DURUM WHEAT SOURDOUGH 12% (water, DURUM WHEAT flour), water, sunflower seeds (3%), corn flakes (3%), brown flax seeds (2%), yellow flax seeds (2%), WHEAT GLUTEN, BARLEY flour, salt, yeast, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Usage instructions:
Defrost at room temperature for 60 min or at +2...+6 °C for 12 hours. For best result, bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 °C for 4-6 min. Best before: Packed product at room temperature 4 days. Unpacked/baked product at room temperature 24 hours.
