Rye bread made on natural fermented rye sourdough with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds.
RYE flour (46%), RYE MALT flour (5%), water, sprouted RYE grains (13%), sunflower seeds, sugar, GLUTEN, sea salt (0,9%), yeast, potato flakes, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: E482.

Best before at -18ºC: 365 days
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. For better result bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6-8 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
