Rye bread made on natural fermented rye sourdough. Clean label. Lactose free. Vegan. Palm oil free. High fiber. No added yeast.

RYE flour (62%), water, RYE flakes, WHEAT flour, sugar, RYE MALT flour, salt, WHEAT GLUTEN.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. For better result bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
