Rye bread made from rye and hemp flour on natural fermented rye sourdough. Hemp oil, rye grains, crunchy hemp and chia seeds give nice flavor and taste.

RYE flour (49%), water,  germinated RYE grains (8%), sugar, RYE MALT flour, hemp seeds (5%), BARLEY MALT extract, sunflower seeds (2%), yellow linseeds (2%), hemp flour (1%), salt (0,9%), yeast, chia seeds (0,4%).

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. For better result bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6-8 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
