Rye bread made of natural fermented rye sourdough with addition of hemp flour. Nice flavor and texture is given by rye grains, hemp seed, linseeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. Clean label. Lactose free.
Vegan. Palm oil free. High fiber.
Ingredients:
RYE flour (47%), water, sugar, sprouted RYE grains, hemp seeds (4,5%), RYE MALT flour, BARLEY MALT extract, sunflower seeds, WHEAT GLUTEN, yeast, yellow linseeds, salt, hemp flour (1%), sugar syrup, chia seeds.

Usage instructions:
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. For better result bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
