RYE flour, seed mix (24%) (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, germinated RYE grains), water, WHEAT flour, RYE MALT flour, BARLEY MALT extract, sugar, yeast, salt, WHEAT gluten, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of egg.

Best before at -18ºC: 365 days
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. For better result bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
